Microsoft is pumping up a lot of resources into its video game subscription service, but it's also gaining a lot of money from it. As of January 2021, Xbox Game Pass had 18 million subscribers, but the number most certainly increased during that time.

To make the service even more appealing, Microsoft is adding new games to the Xbox Game Pass catalog every month. Also, all games developed by Microsoft's 23 studios are available for free day 1 on Xbox Game Pass.

That being said, if you're already subscribed to Xbox Game Pass, the best deal in the gaming industry, you'll be getting almost a dozen new games in less than a week. The most important one is Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, which is now available on both Xbox consoles and PC via EA Play.

Yes, free EA Play access is another benefit Xbox Game Pass subscribers are getting, so having almost the entire EA portfolio of games at your disposal is another neat feature. Apart from Need for Speed, Xbox Game Pass members are getting nine other games that belong to different genres.

First off, there's Immortal Realms: Vampire Wars (cloud, console, PC), a strategy game set in a dark vampire world featuring turn-based combat with unique card-game elements. The game should pop up in your Xbox Game Pass library on July 1.

Limbo (cloud, console, and PC) is another interesting addition to Xbox Game Pass. The award-winning indie adventure will be available on the same day as Immortal Realms: Vampire Wars, July 1.

Strategy fans will be happy to know that Iron Harvest, an RTS set in an alternate reality of 1920+ is now available for free on PC for all Xbox Game Pass members. Worms Rumble (cloud, console, and PC) is another title that joins Xbox Game Pass, alongside Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts (cloud), Bug Fables: The Everlasting Sapling (cloud, console, and PC), and Gang Beasts.

Aside from Worms Rumble which's already available to play, the rest of the game mentioned above will go live on July 1. Last but not least, an Early Access title, Prodeus, is now available on Xbox Game Pass too, but only on PC.
