The Wear OS device ecosystem is growing, and Mobvoi is one of the biggest companies that keep investing in it, with more and more smartwatches running the platform reaching the market under its own umbrella.

The most recent device running Wear OS is the TicWatch E3, the second model powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 platform, which in typical Mobvoi style promises excellent value for the money.

The new smartwatch comes with a 1.3-inch display and a 380 mAh battery that should easily get you through the day. In addition to the said Snapdragon Wear chip, it also features 1GB RAM and 8GB of storage, though the star of the show is the SpO2 sensor that allows it to measure blood oxygen saturation.

Just as expected, the entire TicMotion software arsenal is available on the new TicWatch E3, including apps like TicOxygen to check out the blood saturation data, TicZen to monitor stress, TicBreathe to help you relax, and TicCare to track the health data of multiple family members.

In terms of tracking, TicExercise comes in very handy, providing users with 20 professional tracking modes.

Google Assistant integration is also offered, and so is the Essential Mode that helps offer longer battery life.

“With more than a day of battery life due to the ‘Essential Mode’ feature, your wallet and phone can stay in your pocket as you power through your day. The E3 will automatically engage Essential Mode when your battery is low, or you can access it at the touch of a button. A battery saving screen is also available to further optimize the battery life,” the company explains in a press release.

There are new silicone watch straps beautifully colored in Neon Yellow and Ashy Blue, and each watch comes two straps included in the box. The new watch is available today for $199.99 in the United States right from the Mobvoi website.
