The Surface Book is Microsoft’s number one device right now, so the company’s trying to bring it into the spotlight as soon as possible with new videos and ads.

Today, Redmond has rolled out a new series of videos to highlight the capabilities of the laptop and to show how it can serve different purposes, making it possible not only to have fun by playing games and browsing the web but also to stay productive wherever you are.

“Ravi Vora is a director and photographer with a talented, creative eye. Follow along as our host, Austin Evans, chats with Ravi about his inspirations and process behind his beautiful Instagram feed. With the Surface Book, we've challenged Ravi Vora to #DoGreatThings with the the ultimate laptop,” the description of such a video posted by Microsoft reads.

Together with the new Surface Book videos, Microsoft has also posted a couple of Surface Pro 4 ads to showcase the features of its new tablet.

Both the Surface Pro 4 and the Surface Book were unveiled by Microsoft on October 6 during the company’s hardware event, when it also took the wraps off the new Lumia 950 and 950 XL and the second-generation Band.

The Surface Book, in particular, is the company’s first laptop in history, and comes with very powerful hardware, including an Intel i7 processor (more affordable models also come with an i5 CPU), up to 16 GB of RAM, integrated graphics or dedicated NVIDIA card, and a maximum of 1 TB of storage space.

Obviously, the device doesn’t come cheap, and the top-of-the-range model with 1 TB of space can be purchased for $3,200 (€2,950). Shipments of this particular model will start in January 2016, but all the other models are already up for grabs online at Microsoft and at various retailers across the world.
