Microsoft has announced the 2020 event agenda way earlier than anyone expected, with the first notable conference to take place in April.

First and foremost, Microsoft groups these events in two different categories, flagships and regional.

As expected, the flagship event group includes Microsoft Ignite, Microsoft Build, Microsoft Business Applications Summit, and Microsoft Inspire.

On the other hand, the Regional tours come down to events that Microsoft holds across the world to get in touch with other communities.

For example, Microsoft Ignite The Tour is specifically supposed to allow IT professionals and developers to find out the latest regarding Microsoft’s solutions, with the events to be hosted in no less than 30 cities across the world.

Without a doubt, consumers and developers are mostly interested in Microsoft Build, the event that provides us with an early look at improvements planned for a wide series of products, including Windows.

Build has become the top event for Microsoft to preview updates for Windows, and despite being a developer venue, it’s particularly popular among consumers as well, especially thanks to the Windows news.

Here’s the full Microsoft 2020 event agenda as shared by the company in this post:

Microsoft Ignite: Orlando, Florida | Nov. 4-8, 2019
Microsoft Build: Seattle, Washington | May 19-21, 2020
Microsoft Business Applications Summit: Anaheim, California | April 20-21, 2020
Microsoft Inspire: Las Vegas, Nevada | July 20-24, 2020
Microsoft says that other events would also be hosted in various parts of the world, and full information is published on the global events page here.

“We’re just scratching the surface of the full picture of events that Microsoft has to offer. If you don’t find what you are looking for here, visit our full global events catalog for a list of events in your region and possibly your own city. These are events that are organized around specific product offerings and located in easily accessible locations with a wide range of class levels offered,’ the company explains.
