A few days ago we showed you the original sketches of Microsoft’s upcoming Lumia 950 XL handset, together with a 360-degree video that shows all the outsides of the device.

Well it seems that the phone’s little brother, the Lumia 950 is getting the same treatment, being showcased from all angles in a 360-degree video clip. We’re also being told that the phone will arrive with a 5.2-inch display, an aspect which we already knew about. Also the phones dimensions seem to be of a 144.9 x 73.2 x 6/9.1 mm variety.

@Upleaks who has been providing us with this information is also sharing an original factory CAD (texturized) image of the Lumia 950, all for your pleasure.

We already have a pretty good idea of how the Lumia 950 will look like when it makes a debut into the wild soon enough, due to the slides that surfaced not so long ago. We also know quite a lot about what specifications to expect.

What to expect from the Lumia 950

According to the rumor mill, the Lumia 950 will arrive with a 5.2-inch QHD display (2560 x 1440 pixel resolution) that will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor together with 3GB of RAM. The device will come boasting a 20MP Pure View rear camera with OIS and what Microsoft calls “natural” dual flash for selfies and video calls. A 5MP megapixel unit with a wide angle will also be part of the bundle.

The Lumia 950 will ship out to customers with 32GB of internal storage, but those who will be left craving more will have a microSD card to expand. USB Type-C support is also offered, plus a 3,000 mAh battery which should be enough to get you through the long day of work.

The Lumia 950 seems a lot like the upcoming Nexus 5X with its 5.2-inch display and Snapdragon 808, although the LG-made phone doesn’t boasts a QHD display, but a FHD one. Other than that the Lumia runs Windows 10 Mobile, while the Nexus 5X will be the first device to make it out with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Microsoft plans to roll out the phones on October 6 during a press event in New York.
