As we're getting close to Microsoft's October 6 event, more details on some of the devices the company plans to reveal emerge online.

We reported to you over the weekend that Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL, two of the smartphones expected to be introduced in early October, will be quite expensive, but not as expensive as the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S+.

Today, we have the first details about the pricing options for these flagship smartphones. The folks over at Winfuture.de have just spotted both handsets at Spanish retailer Tienda, where they are priced as any other flagship smartphone should.

According to these placeholders that lack pictures, the Lumia 950 will be available for purchase for €660 outright while the Lumia 950 XL will cost no less than €750.

However, as mentioned in our previous report, Lumia 950 XL might come with €200 worth of accessories in the sales package, which make the high price a little bit justified.

Still, there's no mention of such a bundle at the Spanish retailer, so we must assume that the offer will only be available at select carriers and authorized resellers.

Two Lumia 950/950 XL variants will be launched

It's also worth mentioning that both Lumia high-end smartphones will come in two variants: single SIM and dual-SIM. The latter will only be available in emerging markets, while the former should be rolled out globally.

While both Lumia flagships are expected to be unveiled on October 6, they won't be available for purchase until October 28. The good news is they will go on pre-order a few days after they go official.

Another piece of information that remains to be clarified by Microsoft is where exactly these smartphones will go on sale first.

We expect them to be launched in the United States and some European countries in late October, but there's no telling whether or not they will be available in other regions as well.
