The company's latest V10 phone does come with such an option

One of the biggest disappointments for Samsung fans who anxiously awaited for the South Korean company to launch its Galaxy S6 flagship smartphone is the fact that it doesn't come with a removable battery.

Samsung Galaxy S6 “suffers” from two major downsides: lack of microSD card slot and non-removable battery. These two negative aspects prevented many customers from getting Samsung's current Galaxy S flagship smartphone.

But we can't say the same about LG's flagship handset, the G4, which comes with a 3,000 mAh removable battery inside.

This has recently become a reason for LG to troll its South Korean rival, Samsung. The quick and brutal exchange of tweets might have revealed some info on the upcoming LG G5.

While talking on Twitter about the capabilities of Galaxy S6 edge+, Samsung sent a tweet claiming that the phone can “go from zero to full in just 90 minutes with the built-in charging capabilities” of the smartphone.

LG couldn't refrain from replying to the tweet and said that its own high-end handset, the LG V10 can “go from zero to full instantly with a removable battery.”

LG G5 could come with removable battery

Just like LG G4, the V10 comes with a large 3,000 mAh removable battery. If we are to speculate on the tweets exchange, we believe LG will want to include this feature for the G5 as well.

If Samsung Galaxy S7 doesn't come with a removable battery inside, LG will have another reason to troll the South Korean company when its G5 goes official.

Speaking of which, LG has already confirmed a launch event on February 21, which will take place in Barcelona at MWC 2016 trade fair. However, it's unclear whether or not the South Korean company will unveil the G5 or another device.

Samsung will announce its Galaxy S7 flagship smartphone around the same time, which is expected to go on sale in just a few weeks.
