LG’s new video shows how thin the phone is

It’s only been a few days since LG launched as many as 4 smartphones in the X series, one of which is LG X Style. It seems that this truly stylish device has now gotten a promotional video flaunting its thinness that makes it easy for users to place the handset in their pockets or bags.

LG X Style is part of the LG X series of smartphones that aren’t as powerful as the LG G5. The company’s flagship, LG G5, was launched roughly in the same period as Samsung’s Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge, and Xiaomi Mi 5.

In fact, the LG X style was introduced first in Ukraine in May, and the company decided to unveil it again this month, alongside the X Mach and X Max devices.

LG X Style is considered to be part of the entry-level series of devices because of its unimpressive specs. Therefore, it’s no wonder that LG chose to launch a promo video that focuses on the phone’s design rather than its specifications.

The whole 39-second video focuses on LG X Style’s thinness, which is not surprising since the handset is just 6.9mm thick. It’s not one of the slimmest smartphones on the market, but it is up there.

LG X Style comes with a 5.3-inch display and 8MP rear camera

As we've mentioned above, the LG X Style doesn’t impress with its specs, but rather with its design. The smartphone sports a 5.3-inch 720p display, only 1.5GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage, which could be expanded to 256GB using a microSD card.

At its core, the handset packs Snapdragon 410 64-bit processor, coupled with Adreno 306 GPU. It also has an 8MP rear camera and features 5MP on the front. It drains power from a 2,100mAh battery and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with LG custom UI on top.
