The best picture of the flagship we've had in a while

We're just a couple of days away from the official reveal of the LG G6 and an official picture of the flagship has just surfaced online. No more blurry pics or live photos of the device, the new image shows the phone in full glory.

The image showing the LG G6 was recently published by Evan Blass, and provides us with a better look at what the South Korean company prepares for us. As some of you probably know by now, LG G6 will be officially introduced on February 26.

We're also expecting LG to put the G6 on pre-order as early as March, but an exact launch date has yet to be confirmed. The good news is we won't have to wait too long for that information, which is likely to be revealed later this week.

LG is one of the few companies that teased quite a lot of things about its upcoming flagship. For example, we already know the smartphone will come with a 13-megapixel dual-camera setup on the back and a dual-LED flash.

A more suitable design for a flagship smartphone

The rear-mounted fingerprint sensor is pretty visible in the picture as well. The front panel confirms LG has outdone itself and gifted the phone with a bezel-less design. The upper and bottom bezels are as thin as possible, though the LG logo seems to have fitted on the lower part of the phone.

There are no physical buttons on the front part of the phone, just on the left side. LG G6 boasts a large 5.7-inch Full Vision display with 18:9 aspect ration and 2880 x 1440 pixel resolution, but that doesn't make the phone much larger than the previous LG G5 flagship.

We also had it confirmed that the LG G6 would be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, paired with 4GB RAM and either 32GB or 64GB of internal memory.

LG also hinted to IP68 certification for dust and water resistance, but also stated the phone would include a 3,200 mAh battery inside. Android 7.0 Nougat and Google Assistant will be on board as well.
