We reported last year in November that Lenovo launched another Vibe series of smartphones in China, but the handset maker did not share any details about the availability of Vibe X3 outside Mainland.

Today, Lenovo India confirmed the Vibe X3 would be available for purchase in the country via Amazon for just Rs 19,999 outright, which is about $295 or €270.

The Vibe X3 is an unusual mid-range smartphone since it packs many high-end specs like the hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor and 3GB of RAM.

According to Lenovo, the Vibe X3 will ship with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system right out of the box, but considering its specs we believe the Chinese company might release a Marshmallow update in the coming months.

Another strong point of the smartphone is the large 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution.

Impressive audio features, superior camera

Lenovo Vibe X3 has some audio-focused specs included, such as the premium 32-bit ESS Sabre 9018C2M DAC with 3x op-amp for music and Cirrus Logic Wolfson WM8281 for phone calls.

Moreover, the mid-range smartphone packs Dolby Atmos audio technology that should provide a unique effect on headphones and speakers.

Lenovo's handset boasts an impressive 21-megapixel rear-facing camera that features phase detection autofocus, dual-tone LED flash and 4K video recording.

There's also a fingerprint sensor right below the main camera, whereas in the front there's a secondary 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

The Vibe X3 is powered by a 3,600 mAh battery and packs 32GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

For the price you pay, Lenovo's Vibe X3 seems the perfect device and the best in this price range since it ticks all the right boxes. On top of that, it looks pretty impressive on the outside thanks to the metal frame and curved back.
