Just a few days ago, Lenovo Moto M leaked in live images revealing the upcoming smartphone’s design. It seems that recent reports point to the fact that the device could be made available internationally and is nicknamed Kung-Fu.

Lenovo’s upcoming Moto M might be made available in other countries than China, according to a report by Techdroider. The smartphone carries the Kung-Fu nickname and apparently there will be two variants of the Moto M.

The first variant has the codename XT1662 and will be released in China, while the second variant carries the code number XT1663 and might be made available globally. It remains to be seen which countries will see the Moto M on shelves, but chances are it might be limited to a release in Asia.

Moto M variants could have 4GB of RAM

The report also mentions that Moto M will come with a 5.5-inch Full HD display and run a MediaTek processor with 4GB of RAM. Rear camera capacity could reach 16MP, with an 8MP camera in the front.

The smartphone was recently listed on TENAA and some of its specs were revealed, including the fact that it could run a 2.1GHz MediaTek MT6755 SoC. Aside from this, the device could come with a 3,000mAh battery and a fingerprint scanner on the back.

A previous benchmark listing for XT1663 mentioned that the smartphone could have a 4.6-inch display and 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution. It could also run an octa-core 1.9GHz MediaTek MT6750 chipset, coupled with Mali-T860 graphics processing unit.

RAM capacity could reach 3GB and the phone might have 32GB of internal memory. It remains to be seen if the international variant will actually have a smaller display than the XT1662.

Rumors say that Moto M could have a full-metal body and lack a home button in the front. The price tag for these devices is expected to be lower than that for Moto Z smartphones.
