LEGO Jurassic World, the action adventure title created by TT Games and published by Warner Bros., is the dominating force of the summer season when it comes to the United Kingdom video game chart and has managed to return to number one after spending just one week in the second position.

The title has clearly benefited from the strong performance of the movie with the same name, but the developers have also managed to deliver an almost perfect take on the formula, giving players an option to explore levels based on all the films in the franchise and the chance to move around using dinosaur characters.

Second place in the United Kingdom, according to data from UKIE, is occupied by Grand Theft Auto V, which has managed to climb three positions from fifth during the previously tracked week.

The Rockstar experience continues to keep gamers occupied, and there are rumors that the studio is getting ready to announce more content that will be coming before the end of the year.

For the week that ended on August 15 the last position on the podium is occupied by The Elder Scrolls Online, an MMO that has managed to perform well since it was launched on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.

The game just received its first major DLC, called the Imperial City.

The best of the rest

Batman: Arkham Knight, another Warner Bros. title, might not have fixed its problems on the PC, but it has managed to take fourth place, down one place over the previous seven days.

It is followed by FIFA 15 from EA Sports, on track to stay in the UK chart until Electronic Arts launches the next installment in late September.

Rare Replay, which led the top ten during the previous week and became the first Xbox One exclusive to do so, has dropped to sixth place.

Battlefield Hardline from Visceral Games and Electronic Arts is in seventh, and the Xbox edition for Minecraft sits in eight, with the PlayStation version of the same time one place lower.

The United Kingdom top ten is closed down by Dying Light, the title from Techland that is set to get a new expansion called The Following.
