14 DAY TRIAL // Android users will be happy to know that a new RPG title will soon be coming their way, unless they live in one of the 14 countries where the game has already been released.
The folks over at Nexon have just announced the soft-launch of their newest action RPG game called Legacy Quest.
As mentioned earlier, the game is now available for download in 14 countries such as: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, India, Netherland, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Keep in mind that if you live in one of these countries, you will find Legacy Quest in Google Play Store, otherwise the game won't appear.
Developed by industry veterans from Rockstar Games and Deep Silver
Legacy Quest is a classic dungeon crawler with rogue-like elements. Just like in every other RPG, players will be able to unlock powerful skills, craft weapons and armor, as well as collect epic gear.
However, according to developers, Legacy Quest features a unique loot system, where any crafted item in the game remains in the game world for other players, or monster, to pick up after a hero is slain.
When it comes to graphics, the game features another innovation in the form of an art style called “3D Pixel,” which mixes elements of retro gaming and modern rendered graphics together for an original look and feel.
“The entire team at Socialspiel put their heart and soul into delivering a new take on the traditional action-RPG, combining the excitement of arcade-style competition with a fantastic, unique graphic style and extreme replayability.
“We’re eager to release it in selected territories for testing and valuable feedback, and to deliver best action RPG gaming experience possible,” said Laine Baker, mobile team leader at Nexon Korea.
Last but not least, it's worth mentioning that developers promised that an iOS version of Legacy Quest would be launched in October.
