Chinese giant LeEco decided to enter the US market back in October, but the company seems to have run into financial troubles. The company's CEO has announced that his salary will be lowered to just 15 cents per year due to the fact that LeEco has made some bad moves during its expansion on the US market.

However, it looks like LeEco's smartphone business did not suffer from the company's lack of cash, on the contrary.

LeEco, also known as the Chinese Netflix, has just announced that it will start selling two of its high-end smartphones, the Le Pro3 and Le S3, through major retailer Amazon starting December 1.

Up until now, LeEco used the flash sale system to sell its Le Pro3 smartphone in the United States, so not many have been able to grab one. The good news is that, beginning December 1, both the Le Pro3 and Le S3 will be up for grabs on Amazon.

On top of that, LeEco has announced that both smartphones will be available for purchase 24/7 via its LeMall online shop, so customers in the United States will have more options to buy the Le Pro3 and Le S3 next month.

But that's not all, as LeEco confirmed that all customers who buy either of the two smartphones between November 29 and January 5 would also receive access to DIRECTV NOW for 3 months.

DIRECTV NOW is a streaming service that allows users to access their favorite TV networks and digital video content while on the move.

Unfortunately, LeEco hasn't yet detailed what TV networks and shows customers will be able to access during this free trial.

Aside from Amazon, LeEco has announced that its smartphones will be available at other major retailers across the country, including Best Buy and Target. No word on price tag yet, but we will certainly find out more in a day or two.
