14 DAY TRIAL // Kylie Jenner turned 18 this week, which means that she’s of legal age now. The reality star and young businesswoman is now on vacation in Mexico, where she’s allowed herself to be photographed for the first time holding hands with rapper boyfriend Tyga. Meanwhile, she’s working towards getting full access to her own money.
That means getting momager Kris Jenner to grant her access to it. Kylie has been in showbiz since she was a kid and her more recent business ventures (hair extensions line, fashion collection, modeling gigs) have made her into one of the highest paid young reality stars. She can’t touch that money until she turns 21.
Kylie wants her money now
Sources close to Kylie tell Radar Online that, hours after she turned 18, she started telling Kris that she wanted to be granted access to all her money.
As things stand now, she’s got her own mansion, which she bought for upwards of $2 million (€1.8 million) and redecorated on her own just recently, a fleet of expensive cars, both bought on her own and received as presents, and a very impressive collection of designer clothes and accessories.
She also has enough spending money and the freedom to get whatever her heart might desire. Apparently, that’s not enough: she wants to have access to all her money and she wants it to happen right now.
“Kylie is demanding that Kris give her access to her entire fortune immediately,” says a spy. “She says she even suspects that her mother is not being completely honest with her about how much money she really has. She has even been going behind Kris’ back and asking her sisters how much money they get paid per episode for the show and how much money they each pay Kris for managerial fees.”
The most infamous momager in showbiz, “Pimp Mama Kris”
Kris is manager to all the Kardashian and Jenner girls, and son Rob, who has been in hiding for a couple of years, presumably because of a secret drug addiction and a not-so-secret weight problem.
Until not long ago, she was also the manager of her ex-husband Bruce Jenner, but it is widely believed that they parted ways when he came out as a trans-woman. Jenner now goes by the name Caitlyn Jenner and she probably wants nothing to do with Kris anymore, let alone have her in charge of her finances.
While there’s a chance this report about Kylie wanting to break free isn’t entirely accurate, it wouldn’t be hard to understand why she’d want that: of all the momagers in showbiz, Kris is the strictest and least flexible.
It is said that she was the one who actually brokered the sale (or the “leak”) of Kim Kardashian’s adult tape, and the one who pushes all of them into doing risqué photoshoots for more media coverage. In certain circles in the blogosphere, she goes by the moniker “Pimp Mama Kris” because she’d stop at nothing to make money off her kids.
For the time being, she is still in charge of Kylie’s money.
