14 DAY TRIAL // In June 2014, transgender model Ava London went to the press to claim to have had an affair with former athlete Hank Baskett, husband of Kendra Wilkinson and father of her children. At the time the supposed affair happened, Kendra was 7 months pregnant with the couple’s second child, so you can imagine the scandal.
Since then, Kendra and Hank have been milking it to the best of their abilities (with help from several reality shows, of course), while London slipped off the radar completely. In her absence, Kendra imposed her own narrative: there was no cheating to speak of, Hank simply got tricked into a situation that he didn’t imagine but which he got out of immediately.
InTouch Weekly is now saying that, despite everything, Kendra still believes he cheated on her.
Kendra is “repulsed” by Hank, wants out of the marriage
The story they made public through well-timed, on-camera reveals is that Hank thought London was a woman and he agreed to go to her place to buy weed. When they got there, she went into the bathroom and emerged sans clothes, revealing the one part of her anatomy that she still retained from her life as a man.
He got so freaked out he stormed out and was so ashamed afterwards that he never mentioned to anyone. Until London sold her story, that is.
As far as the world knows, the two have put this story behind them. The reality is different behind closed doors, though, the report claims.
“Kendra told Hank she wants a divorce because she can't stand to look at him anymore,” a source close to the couple says. “She's going to leave him. Kendra is done. Kendra rants every day on the set of her show about how she hates Hank and how desperate she is to get rid of him. She thought she would be able to handle that he cheated with a transsexual. But she's still absolutely repulsed by what he did.”
In fact, she’s so disgusted by him that, in between mocking him and threatening him with impending divorce, she’s actually planning out her life without him, the report further claims.
Texting her ex
Kendra’s future will be completely Hank-free and she couldn’t be more excited about it, it is said. Kendra has always loved the single-girl life, the kind where she’s not tied down to a single man and can do whatever she wants. She is looking forward to that, the report says.
In the meantime, she’s been texting her ex a lot, hoping that they could pick up where they left off. That would be Shawne Merriman, whom she dated before 2007.
The report doesn’t say if Shawne is interested in getting back with Kendra or how his interest would speed the divorce, but it mentions that the split will come “soon.” Of course, it will all happen in front of the camera, for Kendra’s Kendra On Top series. Of course.
