Here's what a horde of kangaroos looks like

Just the other day, a man cycling through Hawkstowe Park in South Morang, Australia, came across a horde of kangaroos, all gathered together on both sides of the bike path.

They might look cute and cuddly on TV, but kangaroos are strong animals with surprisingly muscular bodies. Not to mention that they have a temper.

So, understandably, Ben Vezina wasn't exactly thrilled to have dozens of them stare at him while he was riding his bike. In fact, he was quite terrified at the sight of the kangaroo horde.

Then again, a kangaroo's kick is strong enough to break bones, maybe even kill, so the cyclist had every right to freak out when he saw the army of hoppers.

“Instead of a zombie apocalypse, it's a [expletive] kangaroo...,” Ben Vezina says in the video below. “I'm gonna be honest, I'm a little terrified,” he confesses.

All's well that ends well

The good news is that, rather than turn against him and attack him as proper zombies surely would have, the kangaroos simply ignored the scared cyclist.

Mind you, it looks like they were a bit terrified themselves, which is why many simply hopped away when Ben Vezina approached them.

Quite glad to have escaped this “kangaroo apocalypse” perfectly safe and sound, the cyclist found it in his heart to poke fun at the entire affair.

“I am Ben, and we certainly aren't kangaroos. We uploaded this cool video showing the safety of cyclist Ben who is safe and unharmed.”

“We promise Ben is safe and we kangaroos don't know how to type, even if there is lots of blood on the phone,” he wrote in the video's description on YouTube.

Well then, if kangaroos in Australia's Hawkstowe Park really are this pleasant and polite, perhaps more people should go pay them a visit as they'll surely welcome the company.
