14 DAY TRIAL // Jennifer Lopez did the vegan challenge a while back, in preparation for her tour, and she started seeing results very quickly. Since then, she’s been on a mission to remind the world with every new public appearance of how hot and in shape she was.
She mostly did that by wearing versions of the so-called “naked dress,” a red carpet staple to this day: a dress with strategically placed sheer panels, aiming to show off the body of the wearer to a great extent, but not actually reveal “the goods.”
On the occasion of her 46th birthday, JLo stepped out in what could be best described as the most outrageous and revealing version of this type of dress.

You can see the dress in the 2 photos in the gallery, including a view from the front (complete with the “sexy pose” that JLo also does on every red carpet) and one from the back.
The dress featured plenty of sheer panels and cutouts, to the point where it looked like it might come undone any minute now. Obviously, this wasn’t the case, since the singer didn’t change out of it once inside, so it must have been comfortable enough for her to dance the night away with her friends.
As you can see from the Twitter and Instagram posts embedded below, these included French Montana, Fat Joe and the always stunning Thalia. Kim Kardashian wasn’t invited, but judging by her praising tweet, it’s probably safe to assume she’d have loved to be there.
She, like the rest of the world, loved JLo’s Audacity for stepping out in such a dress and, of course, her insanely fit figure.
Put it away already, mama!
As was to be expected, that’s not the only reaction these photos of Jenny from the Block are getting. There are also many voices pointing to her that she’s is 46 years old, which doesn’t mean covering up from head to toe, but does mean the wisdom to know that you don’t have to be this revealing to be deemed beautiful or attractive.
At this point, Jennifer’s red carpet style would best be described by the word “desperate,” in that she’s dying to have the world talk about her and her body, to get validation from the media attention.
She deserves praise for her dedication to staying in such excellent shape, the same voices are saying, but she’s at an age where she would look much, much better if she didn’t go out as if she got dressed in the dark. By a teenage girl whose idea of style is directly proportional to the percentage of skin on display.
