Justin Theroux is still promoting season 2 of the HBO series “The Leftovers,” stopping by The Ellen DeGeneres Show the other day to discuss it. However, most of the conversation centered on his secret August wedding ceremony, how much he loved calling Jennifer Aniston “wife” and how she kept refusing to get on the back of his bike, for some reason.

Host Ellen provided him with a solution for that problem, presenting him with a present in the form of a blowup doll styled to look like the former “Friends” actress. This way, Ellen promised, he could “get” Jennifer to ride his bike with him and never hear her complain about it.

You can see that hilarious part of the interview in the video below.

On a more serious note, Justin discussed the wedding in more detail than ever before, saying that he was sorry they hadn’t told all guests the type of ceremony they would be attending. Many thought they were there for his birthday party, but there were also those (like Ellen) who knew they were about to witness Justin and Jennifer getting married.

Justin also made the adorable mention that he loved calling Jennifer “wife,” because it had a lovely ring to it, much better than “girlfriend” and “fiancée.” Speaking of the engagement, he revealed that he actually carried the ring he proposed with for months on his person, before finding the courage to pop the question.
