Fortnite is no longer allowed in the Apple Store

Fortnite is now a banned title on both Android and iPhone, but while Google users can actually bypass the removal of the app from the Play Store by turning to the stand-alone APK installer, nothing can be done in the Apple world.

Cupertino’s walled garden leaves users with no option when it comes to installing an app that’s no longer in the App Store, and this is what makes an iPhone with Fortnite already installed something that so many people are drooling over.

And because the demand for such a mix is incredible these days, many people have noticed the opportunity to make a small fortune out of the whole thing, so they posted iPhones with Fortnite pre-installed on the likes of eBay.

This is how you can end up buying an iPhone with Fortnite for as high as $10,000, as apparently, people are willing to pay ridiculous prices just to be able to place Epic’s game. There are various iPhone models out there that come with Fortnite, and these include both old and new versions, like iPhone 11, iPhone 8, and iPhone 7. Needless to say, the newer the iPhone, the bigger the price.

New Fortnite updates

Is it worth spending thousands of dollars on iPhones that come with Fortnite? Not really.

Epic itself warned that users with iPhones where Fortnite is already installed can continue playing the game, but when new updates are released, they can’t get the fresh content. In other words, the Fortnite magic would only last a little bit longer on the devices where the game is installed already, but everything would come to an end sooner or later when an update is released.

It remains to be seen how many people actually end up spending thousands of dollars on such iPhones, but it’s pretty clear that the removal of Fortnite from the App Store is something that’s impacting lots of Apple users.
