14 DAY TRIAL // Sony fans that did not upgrade to Xperia Z3+ or Xperia Z4 may want to consider the newly announced Xperia Z5, which is expected to make it to the market next month.
The main thing that will differentiate the Xperia Z5 from the other two Xperia smartphones mentioned earlier is the brand-new large 1/2.3 Exmor RS for mobile 23-megapixel sensor and F2.0 G lens.
According to Sony Mobile, this is the first completely re-imagined smartphone camera module since Xperia Z1, designed with the company's interchangeable lens camera α technology for clear, vivid imagery.
The Xperia Z5 has been designed at Sony's studios in Sweden and Japan, as the smartphone features a svelte continuous plate form factor, with a metal frame and frosted glass back.
The smartphone comes with a 5.2-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution and features scratch-resistant glass and oleophobic coating.

Sony has decided to continue to use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 chipset, which is included in all its Xperia Z5 family smartphones.
The Xperia Z5 packs 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 200GB via microSD card slot.
The 23-megapixel camera on the back is capable of the fastest autofocus in a smartphone, Sony claims. In addition, the main photo snapper promises to deliver advancements in low-light photography so users can capture clearer photos at night or in darker environments with less noise and blur.
Sony Xperia Z5 is IP68 certified (dust proof and water resistant) and offers a plethora of connectivity options, including 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, NFC (Near Field Communication), Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0 and GPS with AGPS support.
The smartphone will go on sale beginning October for prices starting at €700 outright. It will be available in White, Graphite Black, Gold and Green.
