Chinese company Lenovo announced quite a few new products at IFA 2015, including smartphones, desktops, laptops, netbooks and tablets.

Two new Android tablets have been recently unveiled by Lenovo and will be showcased these days at the trade fair: Yoga Tab 3 8'' and Yoga Tab 10''.

Both tablets will be available for purchase this fall in countries where Lenovo usually sells its smartphones and tablets.

According to the Chinese company, the Lenovo Yoga 3 8'' will be available from October for €200 for the WiFi-only model, and €250 for the LTE variant.

Customers who want to buy the Yoga 3 10'' will be able to do so in November for €300 for the WiFi-only model and €350 for the LTE version.

Aside from the fact that they come preloaded with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system right out of the box, these tablets have other specs in common as well.

They come in both WiFi-only and LTE variants

For example, both are powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processors and pack 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

However, as their names suggest, one of the tablets sports an 8-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, while the larger one comes with a 10.1-inch display that features HD (720p) resolution.

Also, Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 8'' is powered by a 6,200 mAh battery, whereas the Yoga Tab 10'' drains energy from a better 8,400 mAh battery.

“Today’s tablet market is largely dominated by general-purpose devices. The latest YOGA Tab 3 series represents the epitome of entertainment for users on the go and home alike, realizing a whole new level of visual and auditory experience never before possible on a tablet platform.

“We are giving them flexibility to access their on-demand content anytime and anywhere, without being tethered to their couch,” said Jeff Meredith, general manager and vice president, Tablet Business Unit, Lenovo.
