14 DAY TRIAL // Some of you might not be familiar with the term Green Monday, which was coined by eBay to describe its best sales day in December. Seemingly, the term has been picked up by other retailers that wish to offer discounts following the infamous Cyber Monday.
Being the inventor of the term, eBay is giving out some products at amazing prices, while supply last. It’s the case of the 7-inch slate iRulu. The product usually costs $199 / €145, but just for today you can grab it for just $57.99 / €41.
The tablet sports a 7-inch TFT LCD capacitive screen with a low-range resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The manufacturer chose an Allwinner A13 clocked at 1.2GHz processor coupled with 512MB of RAM to power the device and also slipped in a Mali 400 MP GPU.
The tablet offers a 4GB of internal memory extendable to 32GB via the microSD card. There are two cameras onboard, although we’re not given any other details about them. The slate runs the outdated Android 4.
The slate has 802.1 b/g Wi-Fi, 3G (you’ll need a dongle which is not included in the package). The 2800 mAh battery is a pretty average one, so don’t expect it to be able to use the tablet for too long.
If you ask us, the price before the discount was really unjustified, because the slate offers the basic in terms of specs. With the same money customers could have acquired the revamped Amazon Kindle Fire HD tablet, instead.
