Apple will probably launch the iPhone 7 next year

The iPhone 7 will probably be launched in 2016 by Apple, but albeit being quite far from seeing the actual product become reality, some designers are already envisioning how the product will end up looking.

A year from now, we might see some new innovative technologies grace the market, so we can expect the iPhone 7 to be truly amazing and quite different from what we can see today.

The folks at SET Solutions, who have previously released some of the most interesting iWatch and iPhone 6 concepts out there, have created a new iPhone X concept.

We are guessing it’s the iPhone 7, as the specs seem plausible enough for a device that will debut in a year’s time.

What will the iPhone 7 be like?

The handset will supposedly don a 4K 5-inch display out of the box. For the time being, flagship phones are only offering 2K resolution, although some companies like Huawei claim 2K is unnecessary and puts a great toll on battery life for no good reason.

So could it be that, in a year, 4K displays on smartphones will go mainstream? 4K has been implemented in certain Ultrabooks and one of Panasonic's business tablets, but apart from that, the market doesn’t offer many products in that category.

However, that might change if Apple implements a 4K panel in one of its future iPhones. Apart from the crazy resolution display, the iPhone 7 is also envisioned to have a 40MP main camera on board (in the vein of the Nokia 1020, which has a 41MP camera attached).

The shooter is said to be capable of snapping video in 4K at an impressive 240fps. The iPhone 7 designed by SET Solutions is a futuristic device that might have just stepped off from a Sci-Fi movie.

The phone can transform itself and can operate with an unlimited energy source. It doesn’t have a battery, so power comes from a biotechnological energy generated in the nanotechnological particles of its materials. Futuristic indeed.

As you can see for yourself in the video below, the concept phone is see-through and practically resembles a piece of glass. Its dimensions are 140 x 60 x 3 mm / 5.5 x 2.3 x 0.11 inches (world’s thinnest phone?).
