Only a couple of days ago, we were telling you about another very interesting product from iHome, namely the iB969 charger, capable of providing juice for up to four iDevices at a time (including here the iPad), and now, it would seem that iHome is back with yet another accessory designed more or less specifically to work with Apple products, namely the iB24 Noise Isolating Metal Earphones.

According to iHome, these fairly attractive-looking earphones (although, to be perfectly honest, the metallic design is not exactly some hot innovation) come packed with mini drivers in metal housing that provide clear, detailed and balanced sound, that should suite any average consumer's needs (not really what we'd call audiophile material, though).

Furthermore, the earphones are apparently capable of providing a very good level of comfort, featuring three sizes of detachable, soft-yet- durable ear cushions that ensure proper fit for reduced background noise, as well as an enhanced level of comfort and durability.

The earphones deliver quite an OK level of versatility, since they work with just about any multimedia player or source of audio available out there, but they do provide some extra functionality for all devices coming from Apple.

So, the iB24 Noise Isolating Metal Earphones feature am in-line remote with microphone that lets users answer and end calls, control volume, play/pause, track selection and even issue even voice commands for compatible iPod, iPhone and iPad models.

Also worth mentioning is the fact that, in order to make these things easier to carry around, the manufacturer threw in a handy travel pouch, available within the sales package.

And speaking of the sales package, we'll point out that the iHome iB24 Noise Isolating Metal Earphones are actually quite affordable, selling for somewhere in the vicinity of 30 US dollars, which should make them fairly attractive, all things considered.
