The gadget I am telling you about belongs to i-Station and was named U43. It seems to be the iPhone model of PMPs, as it's kinda big for a media player, but still black and irresistible. However, the menu interface looks pretty awesome.
On the outside, the media player was equipped with a crisp screen display, which besides being touch sensitive also features an extra large 4.3-inch size and 480 x 272 pixel resolution. And when it comes to the media player's internal capabilities, the makers have made it capable of dealing with lots of formats on the market, such as MP3, WMA, AC3, OGG, WAV, MSADPCM, AAC, FLAC, APE, MPEG1/2, MPEG4, DivX, XviD, WMV7/8, WMV 9, as well as JPEG, BMP, PNG, RAW and more. Moreover, they've also made it compatible with Windows 5.0 and included MS Office.
Size is great if you like big gizmos, as the PMP measures 136 x 79 x 23.5 mm and weighs around 325 grams. There are three different versions available online, one of them with an integrated DMB tuner and another "NAVI" one with a WiFi function. In addition, the PMP's sound performances can also be customized with one of the built-in 8 equalizer modes to suit your taste in music.
Moreover, the amazing player was given some extra functionalities, as a built-in GPS navigation option, an e-dictionary feature and more. Not to mention there are two hard drive capacities you can choose from, 30GB or 60GB.
Sadly, we won't see it yet on the European market as it's only available in Asia for the time being. How much? The i-Station U43 PMP is said to retail for about 325 euros.
