14 DAY TRIAL // Huawei has been heavily teasing its upcoming P10 and P10 Plus smartphones, with videos and pictures hinting at features and design elements for the two devices. The latest images reveal three different color options for the upcoming Huawei P10, while we expect the regular black variant to be made available as well.
Huawei took to Twitter to tease three color options for the P10, although the smartphone wasn’t exactly revealed in the images. The post refers to colors that would make the upcoming phone stand out and “let your personality shine.”
Previous rumors talked about a purple color variant for the P10, but it seems that Huawei went with blue instead while the teaser color shade does seem to be more fitting for a high-end model. The Blue shade also seems to be similar to the Sapphire Blue Honor 8.
However, the color might look a bit different on the upcoming phone, considering that it’s rumored to retain the matte metal finish of the P9, while the Honor 8 has a high gloss finish.
Huawei might release the phone in more color variants
Obviously, the color variants will have fancier names, and judging by Huawei’s posts, they will address women. In addition, we expect the company to offer the P10 in a Titanium Grey and Mystic Silver, or perhaps Ceramic White as on the Huawei P9.
Huawei also teased the dual-camera setup on the upcoming P10, expected to feature sensors from Leica, similar to the ones found on the previous P9. The P10 is rumored to come with a flat 5.2-inch display, while the P10 Plus might have a curved 5.5-inch screen.
The phones could run Kirin 960 64-bit octa-core processor and ship with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, with Emotion UI (EMUI) 5.0 on top. The P10 will have a fingerprint scanner on the front, embedded in the physical home button. The phone will be made available in multiple variants, including 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, and 6GB of RAM and 128GB of ROM.
