The flagship is expected to be unveiled in late February

The P10 is Huawei's next flagship smartphone, and judging by the fact that the Chinese company has already confirmed a launch event for February 26, we expect it to be unveiled on that date.

It's still unclear whether or not Huawei will announce two versions of the P10 by adding a Plus model to the standard version, but we do have a couple of pictures showing the alleged device.

A new set of press renders of the Huawei P10 have been published in China and spotted by the folks over at AndroidPure. They look pretty much the same as the previous photos that we reported about several weeks ago.

But it's important to highlight that the pictures confirm the fact that the P10 will not come with a fingerprint sensor on the back side. Since the smartphone features a physical Home button, it's likely that Huawei will hide the fingerprint sensor underneath this key.

The P10 keeps the dual-camera setup from its predecessor

The dual-camera setup with Leica lens and dual-LED flash is positioned in the upper left corner of the phone. Thanks to these pictures, we know customers will be able to choose between at least two color options: black and white. Still, the white model seems to feature a rather golden flavor on the back side.

Also, the pictures leaked are clear evidence that Huawei plans to add dual-edge curved display to the P10 and, possibly, to the P10 Plus as well.

Some other information that we've learn in the last couple of weeks suggests the P10 will be equipped with Huawei's powerful Kirin 960 processor, coupled with 6GB RAM. The Chinese company is expected to launch multiple variants of the P10, based on the amount of storage.

Although the P10 will be announced in late February at Mobile World Congress, the smartphone won't be available on the market until March or April.
