Huawei has just announced an enhanced version of its popular Honor 7, which will be available for purchase for 1,990 yuan outright, which is about $310 or €280.
Although Huawei Honor 7 Enhanced Edition has been officially introduced in China, it will most likely be available for purchase in the rest of the world beginning next year.
Since there are so few devices running Android 6.0 Marshmallow, one of the most appealing features of Huawei's smartphone is the fact that it runs Google's latest version of the platform right out of the box.
But that's not the only feature that makes Huawei's Honor 7 Enhanced version quite powerful. The smartphone comes equipped with a 2.2GHz octa-core Kirin 935 processor and 3GB of RAM.
Moreover, the high-end device packs 32GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
Fingerprint scanner, 20MP camera and 5.2-inch FHD display
Another selling point of the Honor 7 Enhanced Edition is the 20-megapixel photo snapper on the back, which features autofocus, dual-tone LED flash and 4K video recording.
A fingerprint scanner is placed on the back cover, right below the camera. At the front, the Honor 7 Enhanced Edition features a no less impressive 8-megapixel camera that should take state-of-the art selfies.
Just like the standard model, Huawei Honor 7 Enhanced Edition sports a 5.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution.
Last but not least, the Honor 7 Enhanced Edition is powered by a 3,100 mAh battery that features quick charging technology. Even though the smartphone's price in China is set at $310, it will cost slightly more in other countries.
