The development team at Blizzard working on Heroes of the Storm is introducing some balance changes to the title via a new patch and is suggesting that a new major character will be announced and launched before the end of the month.

A full list of the tweaks made to the game, which are focused on the balance of the included heroes, can be seen by clicking on the button at the end of this article, with Nova, Xul and Rehgar modified based on the suggestions made by the community.

Blizzard is encouraging players to offer as much feedback as possible on Heroes of the Storm to make sure that the balance between the various characters is maintained and most matches provide a fun experience for all those involved.

The development team is also teasing a new hero that will be soon revealed for the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena title, showing minions that have been killed by a mysterious force.

The player base believes that the company is preparing to announce the arrival of Dehaka, a primal zerg pack leader that was found on the planet where the species originated and has a tendency to take out any new creature it encounters to collect samples and prepare for future mutations.

Starcraft 2 has been a solid source of new content for Heroes of the Storm, and it will be interesting to see what kinds of powers the hero gets from Blizzard.

Heroes of the Dorm is the current big tournament for the MOBA

Blizzard is running a major competition for college level eSport fans, with the best 64 teams in the United States currently fighting to secure a place at the finals, which are set to take place between April 9 and 10 at the CenturyLink Field Event Center in Seattle.

All interested fans of Heroes of the Storm will be able to watch the action in person or via ESPN 2, and Premium tickets are also offered, which come complete with a T-shirt, a special Heroes of the Dorm skin, and priority access.

Blizzard has been offering a new character for its MOBA every month and says that its long-term plan is to come up with an accessible take on the genre and characters that show the best elements of big franchises like Starcraft, World of Warcraft, and more.

The game is competing with League of Legends from Riot Games and DOTA 2 from Valve.
