Samsung Galaxy S22 is projected to see the daylight as soon as the next week, and new information that reached the web a few minutes ago provides us with an early look at how much the device is going to cost.

In theory, Samsung is projected to take the wraps off the Galaxy S22 on February 9, while the device should then go live for preorder just after the show.

Nobody knows for sure when exactly the lineup could start shipping, but it’s believed the Ultra version could land in the hands of customers before the end of February, while the S22 and the S22+ will hit the shelves at one point in March.

Now new information published by Jon Prosser on his podcast includes details about the pricing of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S22, and at first glance, this is pretty good news. And it’s all because, despite all the rumors that have been swirling around lately, Samsung doesn’t seem to be planning a price hike, so the Galaxy S22 could come with the same price tags as the Galaxy S21.

In other words, the cheapest model will be the Galaxy S21 with 128GB of storage price, and it’ll be available for just $799. The upgraded model with 256GB of storage will cost $849.

The Galaxy S21 Plus will also be offered with the same storage options, so it’ll sell for $999 and $1,049, respectively.

On the other hand, the top-of-the-range Galaxy S21 Ultra will go live with three different storage options, namely 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. The cheapest will cost $1,199, while the 256GB version can be yours for $1,249. Needless to say, the 512GB will be the top Galaxy S22 this year, so it’ll cost no more, no less than $1,379.

Most likely, Samsung will also launch a trade-in program, so if you want to exchange your older phone and get a Galaxy S22, the new model will be a little cheaper.
