Elon Musk may build great cars, but what's with the "snake"?

If you are afraid of snakes, then rest assured that neither metallic-looking snakes will make you any more comfortable.

Apparently, the Tesla engineers don’t seem to have an issue with snakes, nor with their clients having one, so they went ahead and designed a supremely creepy hands-free charger for the Tesla Model S. It seems that this comes in a new trend from Elon Musk to basically build everything around him, starting with his cars, hands-free.

Putting effort into software upgrades that will enable the Tesla cars to basically act as their own valet and drive themselves out of the parking lot in front of you, ready to pick you up, Elon Musk works vigorously to reach his ideal world where human driving will ultimately become illegal.

Probably scandalous for some, surely nobody prepared Musk’s haters for what his engineers are working on right now. He tweeted at the end of the year that he was working on a charger that would come out of the garage wall and that, like a silvery, metallic snake, will plug into your precious Tesla car, impregnating it with its electricity.

Releasing a short video that demonstrates this robotic copulating manifestation, we can see the metallic centipede standing harmlessly for a few seconds until the car’s charging port flicks open, at which point the charger “wakes up” and goes for the kill.

Not much else is known for the moment about the charger, but it’s clear that Musk shows his true intentions of taking over the world through creepy inventions and high-powered electric cars.
