The new stable version reduces the runtime warnings

The recently released GTK+ 3.22 GUI (Graphical User Interface) received its first point release, version 3.22.1, on the first day of October 2016, bringing various improvements and bug fixes.

As usual, we've managed to get our hands on the internal changelog to tell you all about the new release, and it looks like GTK+ 3.22.1 is indeed a minor point release that reduces the runtime warnings, makes the touchpad scrolling for the Mir display server more smooth, and addresses an animation issue with the Adwaita theme.

Fixes for a couple of Wayland issues are present as well in GTK+ 3.22.1. The first one is related to the Totem (Videos) video player, which misplaced its window after a state change, and the second one makes "moved-to-rect" work only when the move_to_rect()  function is used.

Moreover, a black patch is no longer generated when OpenGL is used for shrinking windows, the "wrong URL copy/paste" bug has been resolved, missing icons were added to the File Chooser, and a warning outputted in gtk_paned_realize and related to the GtkPaned widget should no longer appear.

More bug fixes, updated translations

GTK+ 3.22.1 is all about bug fixes, and the list of changes continues with the addition of missing nullable annotations, a patch for an issue with the GtkTreeView widget, translation support for the sftp:// property, as well as a fix for a crash that occurred when attempting to reparent a popover that contained a non-null parent_scrollable.

Last but not least, GTK+ 3.22.1 updates various language translations, among which we can mention Arabic, Basque, Brazilian Portuguese, Croatian, Czech, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Kazakh, Korean, Polish, Slovak, and Swedish.
