FIFA 19 is almost upon us, and it looks like the system requirements for the PC version of the game remain quite reasonable, if we compare them with the previous version.

One of the problems in the past with FIFA game was that the system requirements for the PC version were widely different from the console counterparts. This issue was overcome a few years back and now each new version of FIFA is launched simultaneously on PC and consoles.

In fact, it often happens that the PC version of the game looks much better than the one on consoles, as there are quite a few customization options available to players. Even if you have an older PC you should be able to play it. Odds are if you played FIFA 18 without a problem you should be able to play FIFA 19 as well.

Support for DirectX 11 and DirectX 12

If you want to get a few more details from the engine, you should enable DirectX 12. It’s not a major difference, but it should make the game a little bit prettier. With that in mind, here are the system requirements for FIFA 19.

The minimum requirements specify an Intel Core i3-2100 @ 3.1GHz or an AMD Phenom II X4 965 @ 3.4 GHz, 8GB of RAM, and at least an NVIDIA GTX 460 1GB or AMD Radeon R7 260.

The recommended specs include an Intel i3 6300T CPU or an AMD Athlon X4 870K CPU, 8GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 or AMD Radeon R9 270X GPU.

You might have noticed that the required Windows version is not an issue. In fact, FIFA 19 can run just as well on Windows 7, which is good news for people that are still using that operating system.

FIFA 19 is set to launch on September 28th, on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
