The development team at EA Sports is ready to reveal the lineup of yet another Team of the Week package for the Ultimate Team mode in FIFA 16, which grants access to some big stars of the sport, like Vardy, who is only on the bench this week, and Cuadrado.

All of them have been selected because of the performances they put in during championship matches over the weekend, and gamers can place them in the first eleven either to boost a certain area or to improve the overall Chemistry level.

The attacking line of the EA Sports-created Team of the Week includes Eto’o and Mitroglou, two players with very useful skills but limited media presence.

In midfield, which might be the most important area of the pitch for FIFA 16, gamers can get access to Cuadrado, Klaassen, a rising Dutch star, Cardona and Ziyech.

The defensive line that's being introduced to Ultimate Team includes Huth, Trippier, Toprak, and Thiago Silva.

The goalkeeper of the Team of the Week is Forster.

EA Sports is also including the normal seven substitutes that real-world teams have access to, with some solid but unimpressive players that can be used to shore up a position that underperforms or can be traded to get access to a more capable superstar.

For FIFA 16, the studio has been offering an extra five players in the Team of the Week, giving players even more options when they use the new Draft experience that has been added to the Ultimate Team mode.

FIFA 16 might get another patch in the coming month

Last week, EA Sports introduced a set of major changes to the lineup of the biggest clubs in the simulation, in an effort to make sure that the rosters of all included teams are as close to the real world as possible.

EA Sports has not said whether it has plans to also deliver an update that makes sure that the stats associated with the superstars of football perform as well in the video game as they do in the real world.

FIFA 16 might also receive yet another big gameplay-focused update, possibly in March, which might eliminate some issues that players have been noticing while also tweaking the core systems to make the match experience more interesting.

Most of the resources of EA Sports are now focused on the development of the next installment in the franchise, which has not yet been officially announced but might get its first trailer just before the end of the spring.

As always, the developers are tight-lipped when it comes to the kind of improvements they are planning to make to the football sim or whether an entirely new Ultimate Team mode is planned.

A recent rumor reveals that Lionel Messi, the Barcelona superstar, might no longer be on the cover of FIFA 17 because he and EA Sports have failed to renegotiate a commercial deal, which means another player might get the coveted position, possibly one that is playing in the Premier League.
