The Team of the Week delivery from EA Sports is ready to offer some new high-profile players for FIFA 16 fans, including some capable of big performances, like Luis Suarez, who got an impressive penalty for Barcelona, as well as Coutinho and Casillas.

All of them are selected based on the way they played for their teams during the weekend period, and they are capable of getting into a player-assembled first eleven in the Ultimate Team mode to improve a certain position or to increase the overall level of Chemistry.

The attacking section of the new FIFA 16 Team of the Week is made up of Deeney, Immobile and Luis Suarez, who create a powerful force that gives players a lot of options.

Gamers will be able to also get access to a solid range of midfield players, including Salah, Coutinho, Tolisso and Pedro, offering cool options for both forward runs and passes.

The defensive compartment in FIFA 16 is crucial to anyone who wants to actually win matches, and it can be boosted using players like Barzagli, Olsson and Djilobodji.

The goalkeeper EA Sports has selected for the Team of the Week is Cassilas.

Gamers can also get access to the classic seven substitutes, used in equal measure to boost some area of a team that fails to perform well and to secure the resources that are required to get access to more capable stars.

For FIFA 16 the development team has been introducing an extra five players into the Team of the Week package to give fans more options when they put together their first eleven, especially in the newly added and the semi-randomized Draft mode for Ultimate Team.

FIFA 17 is already in development

Despite the solid efforts that EA Sports is putting into making the current installment of the football sim interesting for fans of the sport, most of its resources are already devoted to the creation of the new title in the franchise.

FIFA 16 recently received an updated roster during the first few days of February, designed to make sure that all the transfers that took place during the January window for the biggest clubs in the world are accurately represented in the title.

At the moment, it is unclear whether EA Sports is also planning to introduce a new title update for the video game to tweak some of the core mechanics or to change the stats for some of the featured players.

FIFA 17 might be already in development, but no official information about the new simulation features of the title or the way Ultimate Team will be improved will be offered for some time.

Reveals for new titles tend to take place just before or during the E3 2016 event, which this year Electronic Arts is skipping.

A rumor says that FIFA 17 will not have Lionel Messi, the star of both Barcelona and Argentina, on the cover because of a commercial dispute, with the company currently searching for a new footballer who can take his place, with the focus on the Premier League.
