Basically, Fallout 4 Pip Boy will remember your character's status and allow you to access your data on the fly. The application is synchronized with Fallout 4 and should provide players with information on Stats, Inventory, Map, and Radio.

It will even allow users to play holotape games directly within the application (Atomic Command included for free).
According to developers, Fallout 4 Pop Boy has been specially created for newcomers to the franchise, but also for veterans of the Fallout series who already expect certain dangers throughout the Wasteland.
It's also worth mentioning that the mobile application is fully compatible with Fallout 4 Pop-Boy Edition, so if you've already purchased one, make sure to download and install the Android or iOS app for the complete Pip-Boy experience.
