It turns out that most of the stuff is actually true

The Fallout 4 gaming community is so big that a number of myths have started to spread, but not all the information that's floating out there is true. A user put some of these myths to the test.

As it turns out, not everything posted on the Internet turns out to be true, and the same can be said about Fallout 4. So many things have been written about what you can and can't do in this game that it’s becoming increasingly difficult to keep track of everything. As you would expect, there are quite a few pieces of advice that don't pan out, but there are a few you can be almost certain that they won't work, and yet they do.

Like most open world games, Fallout 4 suffers from various problems. Most of them don't break the game and are somewhat harmless. So much so, in fact, that it's quite possible that many of them won't ever be fixed by the developers.

What's true and what's not true

It turns out that you can really get into a locked house by peeking through a window and activating the use button on a chair or sofa; the main character dies if it doesn't follow the road to the bunker; you can remove all the limbs of an enemy without it dying; you can deactivate a Power Armor that is in use by someone else by stealing the Fusion core; and you can dangle an object in front of people during a conversation.

If the last one seems weird, it's OK. It's supposed to feel that way since there is no motivation for that to be used in any situations.

This is just the first episode and there are many other things that need to be tested. In the meantime, enjoy the Fallout 4 Mythbusters: Episode 1 below.
