Expect free updates and premium DLC for Fallout 4

Now, Bethesda has just confirmed on its official website some more future plans for Fallout 4. First up, as expected, the studio pledges to launch a variety of free updates and patches, not only to solve bugs or unforeseen issues but also to add new features and mechanics.

Bethesda emphasizes that it's added a lot of free things to its previous game, Skyrim, and this strategy is going to continue with Fallout 4.

The Creation Kit has been reconfirmed for an early 2016 launch on the PC. Bethesda is looking forward to seeing what fans can make for Fallout 4 across all of its platforms.

The Season Pass covers all future DLC

For the first time in the history of the studio, Bethesda is also going to offer a premium Season Pass for Fallout 4 owners. The special bundle, priced at $30/€30, is going to cover all future downloadable content for Fallout 4, which Bethesda estimates to cost $40/€40 in total.

Right now, the studio reveals that it's still hard at work on the actual game but it expects to launch the first DLC in early 2016, and then continue the stream of releases.
