Dead would be preferable though, because El Chapo is upset

This summer, Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, Mexico’s biggest drug lord, managed to dig his way out of a high-security prison and he’s been on the run from authorities ever since. He may be in hiding, but he’s still making sure he gets things done his way, by putting a bounty on Donald Trump’s head.

The feud with the Presidential hopeful also goes back to July, because Trump said El Chapo’s escape was proof of why America needed a wall at the Mexican border, like he promised he’d build if he’s elected President in 2016.

El Chapo vs. The Donald

As Trump was just getting started with his campaign trail, he made a series of comments on the problem of illegal immigrants that upset a lot of people but also earned him new supporters. He said illegal Mexican immigrants in the US were mostly rapists, drug dealers and thieves whom he planned on kicking out the second he was made President.

Then, he would make Mexico build that wall at the border, with a “big fat door” in the middle of it through which only documented immigrants would pass.

So when El Chapo broke out of prison, Trump had an “I told you so!” moment on Twitter and accused the current administration of being too lax to have let this happen.

El Chapo actually tweeted back to Trump, warning him that he would teach him a lesson if he continued to run his mouth. The tweet in Spanish read, “Sigue chingando y voy hacer que te tragues todas tus putas palabras pinche guero cagaleche @realDonaldTrump.” The account is no longer online.

El Chapo wants Trump dead

According to reports cited by TeleSurTV, El Chapo really hates Trump for all the things he said on Twitter and in the media about himself and about Mexicans in general.

In fact, he’s so upset about Trump’s comments that he’s willing to pay $100 million (€88.7 million) to anyone willing to get Trump to him.

“He was mad. He wants Donald Trump dead and will pay any amount of money to have Donald Trump’s head,” a source says.

The bounty is for Trump dead or alive, but El Chapo would rather have the head detached from the body.

After the initial Twitter threat, Trump is said to have alerted the FBI and beefed up security on his person.
