Apple is projected to take the wraps off the next-generation iPhone at some point in September, and needless to say, the new lineup will come with plenty of changes.

But while the world is patiently waiting for Apple to drop some hints as to what’s supposed to be part of the next family of iPhones, more information in this regard is making the headlines through unofficial channels.

More specifically, the upcoming iPhone 14 lineup is expected to include four different models, but as compared to the current series, the mini form factor will no longer be offered.

Sales of this particular configuration have been well below expectations, so Apple will drop it once and for all. The Pro models will continue to be the ones coming with all the bells and whistles, including a visual overhaul that fans are going to love.

A video published by Unbox Therapy on YouTube offers us with an early look at the upcoming iPhone 14 Pro Max, all based on a REPLICA created based on information obtained by case makers. In other words, it’s an iPhone 14 Pro Max that is very likely to be the real deal.

Goodbye, notch!

The front-facing part is the one that’s catching most of the attention, as Apple is expected to drop the notch from the Pro models. The standard models will continue to come with this controversial design solution.

Rumor has it that Apple is planning more massive upgrades on the Pro models, especially as Apple wants to make a better difference between the iPhones in its lineup.

Needless to say, it’s still a little bit too early to discuss the features of the upcoming iPhone 14 lineup, so you’d better take everything with a healthy dose of skepticism for now. Of course, the new-generation iPhone is projected to be announced in September, with sales to then behind by the end of the same month.
