Gamers get two new cars and two new bikes

Video game developer Evolution Studios is revealing that it plans to continue to deliver a range of new content for DriveClub, including a free update that's designed to arrive tomorrow, February 11, with two extra paid expansions set to be delivered later in the month.

All those who still play the racing title will be able to access the six new Old Town tracks set in Scotland, which introduce more variety to the title and can be played in both classic and bike modes.

DriveClub is also getting a new hardcore handling option, which eliminates traction control, stability control and other assists so that players can experience a very realistic driving experience that can result in more crashes but also a deeper understanding of the core mechanics.

A new Photo Mode is added to the private multiplayer lobbies, which means groups of players can coordinate to create impressive photos and videos.

The normal Photo Mode in DriveClub also has more zoom and exposure settings and gamers can even choose to enable its filters during the actual racing to deliver a new look for the title.

Evolution Studios is adding, "Replays have a new option to toggle player tags on and off at any time during the replay when you use the L1 Button. The Dynamic Precipitation option has been improved to reduce the likelihood of persistent rain."

DriveClub now also has ten new elite levels, more driver levels, 25 extra club levels and the overall performance, stability and usability have also been improved.

Gamers will get access to No Limits and Suzuki Expansions on February 23

For those who want even more content for DriveClub, the development team and Sony are aiming to introduce two new expansions that are priced at 3.59 Euro or dollars.

No Limits is set to introduce 6 new events, 5 unique Trophies and two very powerful new cars, the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 V-Spec II and the Honda Civic Type-R.

Gamers who like two-wheeled vehicles will be able to also get access to Suzuki on the same date, and they will also get 5 events and 5 Trophies as well as the Suzuki GSX-R1000 and the Suzuki GSX-S1000 ABS.

DriveClub was the first racing game to arrive on the PlayStation 4, designed from the ground up to show off the power of the new home console and Sony had great hopes for it before some major issues with online play affected it during the first few months.

The game features a good driving model, great graphics and a system allowing players to organize and race as a group.

Evolution Studios has worked hard to eliminate them all and in 2015 delivered a wide range of new content for the racing title, which managed to get past the 2 million units sold mark.

The studio and Sony are saying that they want to support the experience in the long-term, and it's clear that the player base is still solid enough to allow them to deliver both free and paid content updates.
