Keep these words in mind: Titan (Hunter or Warlock): sparrow racing, Campus Martius, Infinite Descent, December 8. If you're still playing Destiny, and I see no reason why you wouldn't be doing that, here is something that you might be interested in.

Destiny is going to get into the racing genre with a new event that will start on December 8. According to developers, this is a limited-time event, so players will have about three weeks at their disposal to get their fair share of fun with it.

The new Sparrow Racing League will debut on December 8 and will run through December 29. If you want to take part in the event, you will have to visit Amanda Holliday in the Tower, as she will be your Quartermaster for the racing league.

Sparrow Racing League will challenge Destiny players to participate in six-player free-for-all death race, which means you are free to trade some paint with your race rivals.

Also, to make the event a bit more fun, and a little more stylish, you might want to visit Tess, as Eververse Trading will have some items to sell that will spice up your sparrow racing experience.

There's a little bit of everything for everyone

Campus Martius is one of the easier tracks that you will be racing on with your sparrow. It's located in Meridian Bay on Mars. For those who want a challenge, Destiny developers recommend another circuit location in Maat Mons on Venus, which is called Infinite Descent.

Why is it called Infinite Descent? Well, it's pretty easy to guess, as the name suggests that you'll be racing downhill most of the time. At the end of the track, you will hit a teleporter that brings you up to the top.

The Venus track also features some shortcuts, but you will have to time your boosts and breaks to jump over a large chasm or race through a waterfall.

Each track features gates that players have to go through to race faster. The more gates you miss, the slower your sparrow's speed will go. Let the race begin!

Oh, did I mention that these races are taking place on the enemy's territory? Yes, expect some heavy opposition from the Fallen.
