As one of the biggest Windows device OEMs, Dell took the stage at Computex this morning to introduce not only the company’s first-ever Inspiron Gaming desktop but also two new all-in-one PCs that come to compete against Microsoft’s own Surface Studio and Apple’s outdated iMacs.
With a design that’ll make your desktop look stunning, both AIOs are running Windows 10 and come with prices that make them a lot more affordable alternatives to the Microsoft and Apple devices.
The Dell Inspiron 27 7000 AIO
First up, it’s the Inspiron 27 7000 AIO. As you could easily guess from its name, this PC comes with a 27-inch display, but it’s not the typical screen that you expect to find on an AIO.
Dell installed its signature InfinityEdge screen on this PC as well, so it comes with super-narrow bezels, while also reaching resolutions of up to 4K UHD. The PC also includes high-spec audio systems, as well as Windows Hello support and microphones for Cortana.
Of course, the new Inspiron features a USB Type-C 3.1 port as well, as everyone except Microsoft seems to believe that this connector is becoming mainstream these days.
In terms of hardware, the AIO comes with AMD Ryzen processors and features an AMD Radio RX500 Series graphics card. It goes on sale in China today, while everyone else will get it in the coming weeks starting at $999.99.
The Dell Inspiron 24 5000 AIO
With a 24-inch screen, the second AIO unveiled today at Computex also uses InfinityEdge for narrow bezels, but in this case you only get an FHD touch screen.
And yet, in terms of hardware, the device features AMD Ryzen processors as well, plus AMD Radeon RX560 graphics cards. USB Type-C 3.1, Dual Drive options with SSD storage and Windows Hello support are also offered.
Just like the bigger model, the device goes on sale in China today, with pricing to start at $699.99 across the world.
