Last year, Hideo Kojima announced a partnership with 505 Games for the release of the PC version of Death Stranding. Even though it's got Kojima's signature, Death Stranding didn't get too many game awards last year, but that doesn't mean it's a bad game, on the contrary.

The problem with Death Stranding is that there aren't any other games like this one, so people might love it very much or simply hate it. There's no middle ground to Kojima's game, a unique experience that can hardly be described in words.

Anyway, the publisher of the game, 505 Games has just revealed that Death Stranding is coming to PC on June 2. You'll be able to buy this one via Steam or Epic Store, but we all know everyone will prefer Valve's digital store.

The PC version of Death Stranding comes with a lot of goodies in tow, including Photo Mode, ultra-wide monitor support, as well as high frame rate, enhancing the game's experience for PC players.

Surprisingly, 505 Games announced a collaboration between Hideo Kojima and Valve, which means PC players will receive Half-Life customized in-game items for free. You can get a first look at the cross-promotion in the trailer embedded below.

It's also worth mentioning that players who pre-order Death Stranding via Steam and Epic Games Store will receive a lot of free stuff, including Death Stranding HD wallpapers, Chiral Gold and Omnireflector SAM Sunglasses, Chiral Gold and Omnireflector Cap, Gold and Silver Speed Skeleton, Gold and Silver Armor Plate.

Even those who don't pre-order the game will receive some freebies: Selections from “The Art of Death Stranding” Digital Art Book, Death Stranding original score expanded edition by Ludvig Forsell (including 10 unreleased tracks), Chiral Gold and Omnireflector Ludens Mask Sunglasses, Gold and Silver Power Skeleton, Gold and Silver All-Terrain Skeleton, Gold and Silver Armor Plate (LV2).
