14 DAY TRIAL // Jake Gyllenhaal doesn’t talk much about his personal life, with the few exceptions he makes when he’s promoting a new film and he is cornered into answering a more direct question. However, the question that had been on many of his fans’ mind had nothing to do with the women he dates or not, but rather with his height.
One of the most debated topics in the past couple of months in certain corners of the Internet has been “how tall is Jake Gyllenhaal?” According to Starlee Kine and her already popular podcast Mystery Show, depending on which source you use for information, you will get a different height.
So how do you know which one is true? This might seem like a trivial thing to lose sleep over, but apparently, many have found the question impossible to ignore.
Kine set out to get to the bottom of the mystery on the same podcast, and she even managed to get Jake on the phone to give her an actual figure. It still wasn’t enough for the fans, as it turns out.
Enter Conan O’Brien, who had both Kine and Gyllenhaal on the show, in a bid to end the mystery once and for all. You can see how successful (or not) he was in the video below.
Gyllenhaal is doing TV appearances again for the re-release of “Southpaw,” from director Antoine Fuqua. Producer Harvey Weinstein is hoping for an Oscar nod for Jake and his performance.
