Signs of the Sojourner, the indie card game developed by Echodog Games, will soon make its way to consoles after a successful debut on PC last year. The game will be available to download on March 17 on PlayStation 4, March 18 for Nintendo Switch, and March 19 on Xbox One. More importantly, all versions will have a 20% launch discount, but if you're on PS4, you'll need a PS Plus subscription to benefit from the discount.

Since this isn't a high-profile title and many of you might have missed it at launch, Signs of the Sojourner is a narrative card game that focuses on an important aspect, especially nowadays that we're forced to work from home: connecting with people. In Signs of the Sojourner, your deck is your character, which reflects your experiences and shapes your relationships.

After your mother's death, you take over her store, traveling to diverse locations to acquire goods for the shop. Along the way, you'll encounter stories, characters, and surprises in a world where climate change has made life hard.

Throughout your playthrough, you'll forge new friendships, rivalries, and connections via card game conversations. You see, in Signs of the Sojourner, you play cards to match the tone and perspective of your partner or try to sell your own point of view. You'll also have to make difficult choices and the consequences will shape your deck and all conversations that follow.

One of our goals was to explore themes that we hoped would be highly relatable to most folks--leaving home and returning changed, exploring identity and shifting relationships. It's been amazing and humbling to see how people relate to different aspects of the game and use it as a lens to examine or reflect on their own experiences. And now we're excited to bring Signs of the Sojourner to a wider audience, and to see what decks and relationships players develop during their journeys in the game,” said Dyala Kattan-Wright, game designer and founder of Echodog Games.

It's also important to mention that the console versions come with five new characters that are not yet available on PC. Those who already have Signs of the Sojourner on PC will get the new content around the same time the console versions are released.
