I'm not sure what's weirder: the gameplay or the name of the new game coming from indie developer Blackstaff Games. But that's for each and everyone to decide, so if you think puzzles and building management are your things, you'll be happy to know the Buildings Have Feelings Too! is coming to PC and consoles on April 22.

Besides PC, Buildings Have Feelings Too! will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One and will cost just $19.99 / €19.99 / £14.99, a more than fair price for an indie game. Not to mention that this has been selected as one of Microsoft's highlighted indie titles back at GDC 2019, so the more reason to try it out if you're into this type of game.

In Buildings Have Feelings Too!, just like in every other builder, you grow your city to a megalopolis with an array of shops, offices, entertainment, and amenities. The twist is that you have to take care to keep your city thriving or risk losing your buildings being demolished forever.

As the title says, this is a game where buildings can walk and talk to one other. So, since each one has its own aspirations, hope and fears, you'll have to pay attention to everything that might endanger their well-being. As time progresses, new industries can be researched and new buildings can be built.

To spice things up, developers introduced world events that can cause buildings to fail and businesses to go bankrupt. Players must discover new ways to attend to their city’s needs, solutions that could involve refurbishing a building or simply grabbing it by the hand and moving it to a nicer part of the neighborhood.

PC players will be able to pick Buildings Have Feelings Too! through Steam, where the game can be wishlisted before its April 22 release.
