It looks like more and more OEMs are focusing on Windows 10 rather than Android these days. Microsoft's desktop operating system seems to gain traction on the tablet market as well.

The name Chuwi Hi12 might not tell you anything, but its specs list is definitely something that some of you might want to take into consideration.

First of all, this is a Windows 10 tablet PC that, as the title says, costs only $250 at GearBest. It comes in two versions, and the most expensive is the stylus model that's available for purchase for $300. You can only get the Chuwi Hi12 in golden, but that shouldn't be an issue.

Moving on to specs, Chuwi's tablet boasts an impressive 12-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports Quad HD (2160 x 1440 pixels) resolution.

On the inside, Chuwi Hi12 comes equipped with a decent 64-bit Intel Cherry Trail Z8300 processor clocked at 1.8GHz, which is manufactured using 14nm technology for better performance and power efficiency.

No 4G/3G connectivity, but it supports 3G USB dongle

The Intel processor is coupled with an Intel HD Graphic generation 8 GPU clocked at 500MHz, which should provide enough performance to run most 3D games.

Also, the tablet packs 4GB DDR3 RAM and 64GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card slot.

Chuwi Hi12 sports dual cameras: a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It does not feature 4G or 3G connectivity, but it does come with Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI output, microUSB 2.0 with OTG support, and Wi-Fi.

The good news is you can add a 3G USB dongle if you want Internet access while on the move. Last but not least, Chuwi Hi12 is powered by a huge 11,000 mAh battery that should provide a few days of continuous usage.

Keep in mind that the Chuwi Hi12 is available in Android version as well, so if you don't like Windows 10, you can choose this alternative.
