The development team at CD Projekt RED might not be ready to show more footage or to share more details about Cyberpunk 2077 at the moment, but the company has shifted important resources to the new title.

Marcin Iwinski, the leader of the company and one of its founders, tells IGN that "The core team is working The Witcher 3′s expansions, but more and more people are moving over onto Cyberpunk."

The executive is not ready to say how many people are at the moment involved with the new title and whether more developers will make the same shift in the coming months.

CD Projekt RED has previously explained that it has plans to focus on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in both 2015 and next year, which means that a bigger reveal for Cyberpunk 2077 might happen at the end of 2016.

The game does not have a release window and the studio says that it wants to only deliver details about the story and the gameplay when it can actually talk about when the experience will be out and on what platforms.

Cyberpunk 2077 got an impressive trailer when it was revealed, and Iwinski says that he is very satisfied with the reaction of the potential players and understands that they are affected by the lack of new information.

CD Projekt RED is working towards science fiction

Many fans will argue that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is one of the most solid and expansive action role-playing games ever launched.

The title, which is the final adventure for main character Geralt, has an open world structure and offers an improved combat system and more characters to interact with.

CD Projekt RED is currently working on the delivery of more patches on the PC, the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4, with changes based on the feedback the player community is offering.

Every week, The Witcher 3 is also receiving new free downloadable content, typically one quest and one cosmetic enhancement for a central character.

The video game is also getting two major expansions, with one presumably arriving this year and the second one expected in 2016.

CD Projekt RED has not announced any other future game other than Cyberpunk 2077.
